However, wedges and knee pillows can still be helpful for targeted support if you prefer a smaller or more portable option.

When I was pregnant, I wondered if investing in a full-body pregnancy pillow would be enough to replace smaller support pillows like wedges and knee cushions. I didn’t want my bed overflowing with multiple pillows, but I also wanted to make sure I had the right support for my back, hips, and belly.
